Terms of Service

By accessing and using Assistant A2Z, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform.

Permission is granted to use Assistant A2Z for personal or business use in accordance with these terms. You may not modify, copy, distribute, or exploit our platform for unauthorized commercial purposes.

Assistant A2Z serves as a marketplace platform connecting service providers with clients. We are not a party to the actual service agreements and are not responsible for the quality of services provided or disputes between users.

Payment terms, rates, and schedules are agreed upon directly between households and assistants. Assistant A2Z does not currently process payments, but may introduce payment processing features in the future.

Your use of Assistant A2Z is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the platform will cease immediately.

Assistant A2Z shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the platform, or for the cost of procurement of substitute services.
